Hi!!!!Yesterday I went to see the movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” with Yessica, Carlos, Andrea and a friend of Andrea. The movie is very thrilling and good. I liked it very much. I think this movie is far better than the other 2 Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
The plot of the movie is that Captain Barbosa, Elizabeth Swann, Will Turner and many others go to bring Captain Jack Sparrow back. They go to bring him as all the Pirates had sang a song when Beckett was going to execute them. That song makes that all the 9 pirates Lords need to get together. But the problem here is that Jack Sparrow is also a Pirate Lord and he’s dead. That’s why they go to save him from Davy Jones land. To do this they need the map that shows the route to go to the world’s end. The map is property of Sao Feng, Pirate Lord of Singapore. However they rob it from him and make a deal with him for a ship and a crew. After saving Jack, they find that the Kraken has dead and have many fights with Captain Beckett and Davy Jones. They also make a deal with Sao Feng in which Elizabeth stays with him and all the crew is free (as they were caught by him). While Elizabeth is with him, he dies during an attack by Davy Jones. He makes her his heir, Lord of Singapore and as one of the Lords of the Brethren Court. When all the lords get together, they decide to vote for a king of pirates. All the lords vote for themselves, except Sparrow who votes for Elizabeth. So she is made the King. She declares a war against Beckett and Jones.
They tell Elizabeth, other Lords and their group to surrender but Elizabeth refuses. All the lords decide to free Calypso (a sea goddess), who was Davy Jones lover. Long back, once when Davy Jones went to see her after 10 years, she wasn’t there. So at that time, Jones and the Brethren Court together captured Calypso and changed her into human form, so men could rule the sea. At present, Calypso is living as Tia Dalma. After freeing her from her human form, Barbosa ask her to attack Davy Jones. So she creates a whirlpool. Everyone fights against each other. At this time Davy Jones hurts Will Turner. As Jack Sparrow had Davy Jones heart due to his interest to be immortal, he gave the heart to Will to save himself. Later Will kills Davy Jones, frees all Davy Jones crew and he is now the captain of the Flying Dutchman. Crew of Flying Dutchman take the heart of Will and place it in the dead man’s chest. Because of this, Will could see his wife Elizabeth and his son only once in every 10 years. Those 10 years he had to sail the dead people to the next world. At the end, Jack Sparrow is going in search of the Fountain of Youth in a little boat as Barbosa had the Black Pearl. I think there’s going to be another Pirates of the Caribbean movie as Sparrow goes in search of the Fountain for Youth. This movie is very exciting and interesting.
